3. I would go with arborsexual assault, but not rape.

   Just as grabbing a person and hugging him/her is clearly sexual assault, but not what is commonly considered to be rape (socially and—generally—legally).

   So arborsexual assault, definitely.

   Grabbing an unwilling bush, on the other hand….
