This is 419 scammer trophy photo. If someone asks you to open their bank accounts for them, how will you know they are legit unless you get them to do something totally ridiculous for you?

Personally, I find it a little saddening: they may be crooks and deserve to be messed with, but they are also impoverished and desperate.
