Featherless Chicken Gets Sweater

Only in England. A 2-pound hen whose feathers fell out due to cramped cage conditions has been given a custom-made t-shirt. The hen’s name? Buffy.

The chicken, who clearly has no idea what has happened to it or that it is not wearing a shirt, can be seen in the following video just “cluckin’ around”, oblivious to the media firestorm surrounding it. And while it is simply the most adorable, if not delicious, thing you will see all day, part of me wishes said designer would have gone the whole hog and made a tiny pair of chicken jeans for little Buffy, much like this horse who was given a pair of pants. And perhaps a track jacket for when she gets cold.
