3. not a tool. congress restricts local gas production through bills that make areas in the USA that we can drill in off limits. They also restrict the ability to let new refineries be built.

6. Pretty complex issue understanding the actual reasoning for cost. Be emotional and opinionated about it costing too much.. don’t pretend you can explain why that is.

   Oil is a global product, and these increases are a global happening. Not just American.
