Yeah. Bill only achieved his supposed surplus by cooking the accounting and dipping into funds outside of normal federal taxes. Where do you think all the Social Security and Medicare money has gone?

Democrats tax and spend. Republicans borrow and spend. Either way, we’re fucked.
