I think it’s real but the zipper is ps’ed. This is called a tongue split and I can’t figure out why would people do that.

i dont think its fake my cousin looked into getting it done just like this. They wait for your tounge to heal up then they take what seems and looks like staples and pierce them into your tounge. I think it looks cool as fuck id get it done too bad it cost close to $700 to get it split then another $250 just to get the zipper :(
