i love it how someone always tries to bring the race card in to ruin something funny. no, it isn’t because of his race, it’s because of what he’s wearing. everyone is wearing bikinis, and he’s wearing a coat and long pants. where does race come into play?

Don’t assume it’s really warm there because the 2 old people are dressed like that and the sun is shining.

The possibilities as I see them are:
1. The guy is dressed too warm for hot weather.
2. The old couple is wearing too little on a cold day.
3. The weather is moderate. One of those days where the sun is shining, so in the sun it’s warm, but it’s windy as well.

I can see 2 people in the golf cart in the background, one of which is wearing a long-sleeved shirt. So I assume the third explanation is right. And you have 3 crazy people sitting there.
